Chris Willsey owns that building and the antique Dodge trucks seen in its windows until today.

The whole roof caved in from the pictures along with the second story floor. The old cars that were on the second floor are now on the first. No way that building's not demolished.

can't picture the spot.
looks like attic space/storage space. if that angle is south-facing with solar panels

fits perfect into the crossroads.

remember, there's a white and blue building along Broadway. variety of styles IS what the crossroads is.

I saw that this morning. Must have gone up quick because I didn't notice it earlier this week. Also, it looks like that glass cube-ish office building down the street is getting gutted and getting new windows put in.

This is on the north side of SW Blvd, just east of Broadway. The building next door previously housed Nica's 320 restaurant.

The angled roof structure on that building has been under construction for a few months actually.

Wow that facade looks great! Is all the brick and stone new or from the original facade?

If it's new, I really wish they would make more buildings like that! Imagine the P&L with facades more like that...

hours for on-street parking in the west crossroads (broadway to grand, truman to 22nd) are changing to a 3-hour max M-F. this is a concerted effort to increase turnover for retail and restaurants. currently, on-street stalls are all over the map -- 1, 2, 4, 8, and 10 hour maximums.

employees and residents should park off street or bike/walk/bus. the east crossroads (mcgee to troost) is unaffected.
