230 luxury apartments wrapped around three sides of a parking garage with 16,000 square feet of retail and office space fronting on Metcalf Avenue.
Approx 40 homes fit in the same space in the blocks next to it.

That is not particularly an area I would consider for "luxury" living though its nearby to things. At least you can walk to old downtown OP.

I believe much of this area around downtown OP has been rezoned to multi-family rather than single family residential. Hopefully this project is just a sign of what's to come. Glad to hear the retail will be fronting Metcalf.

I went from the northland into central JoCo on Tuesday (reminded me why I didn't like working in central JoCo)

I'm amazed that Metcalf can handle that many more cars on it to get to multi-family density. The KCATA will be planning to add more bus service to the corridor before too long
