I don't think anyone who works in that building will be sorry. My sister and brother-in-law work there. They found bedbugs on the floor below them this week. It is always too cold or too hot. Something is always broken.

Agreed. How many decades will it take Topeka to put up a n/c building of 13 stories or more downtown? If ever again?Yeah. Still hate to see a skyline diminished.
