Looks like part of the parking deck is in and they're continuing on the first floor columns

This is up to 2 or 3 floors (didn't count). The rendering where it shows the corner with extra tall glass, that's the height of the space in there.

The metal structure above the parking levels is going in.

Those photos don't show the latest thing. They're adding units on the east side where they took out the building on the SE corner.

^ I really like this project. I wish all of the River Market construction was on the south side like this one.
Unlike all of the unseen projects on the north nearer to the water, this tries to "re-attach" the RM to the loop.
I hope there are a dozen more projects just like this one.
Perhaps then the city will realize what damage and loss the ugly north loop is to real critical mass.
The north loop is the number one enemy of downtown right now.

The add-on wing is coming along nicely. Wish the old building has been saved, but at least they are adding to the size of the project with a wing along Oak and not just sitting on an empty corner.

The new wing really helps with the look of this project

drove past this last night. It made a world of difference in the connectivity of RM to downtown. The bridge felt less desolate and barren now that this building is there. I'm sure it will be much better when the first floor is open.
